Kenmore Refrigerator
customers complaint is that the refrigerator was not cooling properly and that there was water buildup in the freezer section. during my diagnostic I found the customers defrost line clogged. remove all the ice and steam cleaned the defrost line and added preventative kit and tested unit and everything tested out okay.
Kenmore Range
During diagnostics, I found the bake element has shorted out.
I installed a new bak element and tested the unit to 350 degrees with no other issues found.
Job completed.

I retrieved the PCB to be sent out to Core Centric through AHS. ,AHS is pulling the control board for repairs.
Samsung DRYER
customer is not getting enough electricity to the dryer. customer needs a electrician not an appliance repair technician.
Kitchenaid Dishwasher
This unit was put into replacement over a month ago. We had put it into replacement options. Somehow, it did not go through. I contacted AHS. Seems they dropped the ball on this particular work order. AHS is going to replace the unit. Job completed.

Kenmore,GE Dryer,Dishwasher
The technician, Tim Briggs, performed a diagnostic on the Kenmore dryer and General Electric dishwasher. The dryer is experiencing a squealing noise from the back, and it requires new roller supports. The dishwasher is leaking water from the bottom front left corner near the door and needs a new door seal. Services performed included 1 hour of diagnostic work and 2 hours of basic labor. Items used during the service were WPL 349241T and WPL WP3406107.
Whirlpool Washer
During diagnostics, I found that when the unit was plugged in, it would trip the breaker. I found oil leaking into the motor stator. I believe this to be the issue with the breaker. AHS has decided to replace the unit.

customers inlet valve assembly is getting stuck open and I am unable to turn the water off safely also the customers fill hose lines are due to be changed. customer has decided to get a new unit

Replaced Water inlet valve and test unit and everything tested out okay.
Maytag WASHER
customer complaint about a noise and small leak underneath the washer. during inspection I found the customers gear case assembly leaking oil and the tub seal leaking water. this has led to the gear case downshaft to rust out and sees itself to the rotor stator. along with some minor stripped out gears. I tried to remove the rotor stator with some WD-40 but it would not budge off the gear case. this would require some major tools and some long hours to attempt to fix this washer. recommended replacement to customers Home warranty.
