During inspection, I found several issues with this unit. The unit is 27-years old. The transmission is leaking really bad. The timer will not work on several of the cycles. Also, the entire frame has severe rust from the unit leaking. Customer has decided to go with the upgrade option. I submitted the SA and talked with an agent. Job completed.

Dryer-The unit will intermittently power on and off. Bad Control Board.

Diagnosis: Faulty main control board (PCB). Recommendation: The unit qualifies for upgrade options. The customer was contacted, the findings and upgrade path were explained, and she confirmed she would proceed with the upgrade.
