Whirlpool Washer
During inspection, I found several issues with this unit. The unit is 27-years old. The transmission is leaking really bad. The timer will not work on several of the cycles. Also, the entire frame has severe rust from the unit leaking. Customer has decided to go with the upgrade option. I submitted the SA and talked with an agent. Job completed.
Samsung,Kitchenaid Dryer,Microwave
Installed new parts and tested units. No further issues found.
Job completed. ,Microwave/Oven Combo-The microwave heated just fine. I did find that the magnetron cover had a burn mark in it. I told the customer this is probably the reason he’s getting intermittent heat from the magantorn. Also, broil element will not operate. Bad relay on Control Board.
Dryer-The unit will intermittently power on and off. Bad Control Board.
AHS is supplying all the parts.
Whirlpool Microwave
During diagnostics, I found the diode had shorted out again. The connection to the capacitor was loose causing the short. Diode and capacitor replaced at no charge. Job completed.
GE Washer
During inspection, I noticed the unit would move when it got to “spin” cycle. I found the unit was unlevel and was moving from side to side, creating a squeaking noise. I re-levelled the unit and tested and found no further problems. Job completed.
Whirlpool Washer
Installed new PCB and tested unit. No further issues found.
Job completed. ,During diagnostics, I found that the timer is intermittently failing.
Lg Dryer
During diagnostics, the dryer was confirmed to be producing heat. However, temperature verification revealed intermittent heating performance—the unit cycles between heating and going cold. Diagnosis: Faulty main control board (PCB). Recommendation: The unit qualifies for upgrade options. The customer was contacted, the findings and upgrade path were explained, and she confirmed she would proceed with the upgrade.
Kenmore Range
During diagnostics, I found the bake element has shorted out.
I installed a new bak element and tested the unit to 350 degrees with no other issues found.

Kenmore Cooktop
I retrieved the PCB to be sent out to Core Centric through AHS. ,AHS is pulling the control board for repairs.
Kitchenaid Dishwasher
This unit was put into replacement over a month ago. We had put it into replacement options. Somehow, it did not go through. I contacted AHS. Seems they dropped the ball on this particular work order. AHS is going to replace the unit. Job completed.
Whirlpool Washer
During diagnostics, I found that when the unit was plugged in, it would trip the breaker. I found oil leaking into the motor stator. I believe this to be the issue with the breaker. AHS has decided to replace the unit.

Whirlpool Dryer
During inspection, I found that the rear drum rollers have worn causing the “squealing” sound the customer was hearing.
I installed two new rollers and tested the unit. No further issues found.
