We needed someone to come to our office to repair a washer that had been out of service for a few days, and Mike did an excellent job. He arrived with a great attitude and demonstrated true professionalism throughout the visit.
He is very knowledgeable about his work and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. He also made sure to ask if we had any questions along the way.
Overall, a very professional experience—I would definitely recommend him.
