Mike is more knowledgeable than any other service agent I have ever had. He is also willing to share his wealth of information so that you can make informed decisions about your next Appliance purchases. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I will call them for all my Appliance needs.

So far so good. Rebecca in the office was great to work with on scheduling. Mike was perfectly on time for two visits, one to diagnose, one to replace a part. Explained everything thoroughly. Replaced only the part in our failed GE fridge that made sense. Tested the rest to verify function. Though only time will verify the fix (freezer icing up every couple of weeks), I have high confidence this was done right. **A month later...** At this point I can say the problem we had is gone. No more icing. Compressor no longer running continuously to maintain temperatures. Thanks for the good repair!
