customers compliant is that the dishwasher was not running properly and leaking. checked underneath the dishwasher and found the dishwasher over sudsing. washing machine was inspected and tested with a shop towel on a short cycle. washing machine spend out towel just fine. checked for proper connection underneath washing machine and everything checked out okay. customer complaint is that the refrigerator is not running cool at all. I ran diagnostics on the compressor and the compressor relay starter is working however the compressor is seized up and will not start pumping coolant. customer needs new compressor issue.

replaced customer's ice maker and ran a test cycle and everything tested out okay. job complete

customers complaint is that the ice maker was not making enough ice. I began diagnostics by testing the customers temperature in the freezer. ice makers have a sensor on them and they will not operate if temperature is above 15 F. temperature was 6° F. put ice maker and test mode and ice maker motor seized up. ice maker motor has shorted out. left estimate with customer. estimate is good for 30 days. Job complete
