Customer complaint: Not heating. Initial visit (Nov 6) — Tim B: Assessment Inspection revealed that the purple supply wire to the heating element was severely burned and had completely disconnected from the element terminal. This damaged connection interrupted the electrical circuit to the heater, preventing the appliance from generating heat. Work performed Repaired the damaged wire and terminal connection using wire kit 2794572, restoring proper electrical continuity to the heating element. Outcome: Repaired.
