Installed new PCB and tested unit. No further issues found. customers complaint is that the refrigerator was not cooling properly and that there was water buildup in the freezer section. during my diagnostic I found the customers defrost line clogged. remove all the ice and steam cleaned the defrost line and added preventative kit and tested unit and everything tested out okay. During diagnostics, I found the bake element has shorted out. during my diagnosis of the refrigerator I noticed the unit was left unplugged. I tested the unit for an hour and a half to see if it would get down to temperature and it seemed to be cooling slowly but everything seemed to be okay. only time will tell. During inspection, when initiated a cycle, I immediately found a large leak coming from underneath the unit. I found the pump seal has failed causing the leak. Installed new parts and tested unit. I'm sorry for the confusion, however, you did not spend $138 for your booking. Our service fee is $119 and we did not receive a 24 hr cancellation notice. We received a text during closing hours the night before your morning appointment at 8:00 a.m. the next day.
Texting to cancel your appointment the night before your appointment does not qualify for a full refund due to our cancellation policy. However, as a courtesy we gave you a partial refund.
