replaced motor coupling on washer and tested the unit for proper spin and everything tested out okay.

replaced drain pump and tested unit and everything tested out okay

replaced heating element and regulator switch and testing unit and everything tested out okay

customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain. during my diagnosis I found the dishwasher emptied upon arrival. customer said that it drained last night and seemed to be working. I put the dishwasher into a diagnostic mode and ran all components for a testing phase. could not duplicate a non drainage issue. adviced customer that they had a 60 day call back with no service fee if it did come back again. the customer was experiencing an e25 error code on their dishwasher. during my diagnosis I found the cover not snapped in to the drain pump which is a culprit of this error code coming up. by then removed debris from the drain pump housing to stop any potential obstruction and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
