Adjusting the customer tightening the connections failed to stop the leak, indicating that the issue stems from an internal seal failure or defect within the valve body rather than a loose fitting. A leaking regulator valve prevents proper pressure regulation the customer can lead to fluid or gas loss. Next steps Replacement of the regulator valve assembly is recommended. The correct valve model the customer compatible part number should be verified prior to ordering the customer installation. Parts installed: Governor Assembly. Outcome: Repaired.
