Customer complaint: it won't come on it is not doing anything when she presses start -3001. Initial visit (Oct 21) — Mike S: Reported concern The unit would not run a cycle. Assessment Disassembly and inspection revealed a broken drive belt and a failed belt tensioner, preventing drum rotation and cycle operation. The customer provided an aftermarket repair kit for installation. Inspection of the existing drum rollers confirmed they remain in good condition and are higher quality than the aftermarket replacements, so keeping the original rollers in place was recommended to prevent premature failure. Work performed Installed the customer-supplied drive belt and belt tensioner. The customer was advised that customer-provided parts are not covered under service warranty. Following the installation, the unit was tested, confirmed to operate properly, and showed no further issues. Outcome: Repaired.
