Customer complaint: Burner L/F. Initial visit (Nov 4) — Tim B: Reported concern The customer reported an issue with the main dual burner failing to heat. Assessment Inspection of the appliance revealed that the relay board / PCB (part # EBR80595411) is not outputting power to the main dual burner element. This lack of voltage prevents the burner from energizing and functioning as intended. Next steps Plan to submit a report to customers home warranty for options. Waiting on customer and home warranty's decision on moving forward.
