Customer complaint: Not Working. Initial visit (Oct 22) — Tim B: Reported concern The customer reported that the single wall oven's heating system would not cycle back on and that several control panel buttons were intermittently unresponsive. Assessment During testing, all control panel buttons registered inputs consistently. Functional testing confirmed that the oven's heating elements cycled on and off as designed; however, the internal temperature was running approximately 10°F above the target set point. Work performed The oven temperature calibration was adjusted directly through the control board settings to correct the temperature discrepancy. The unit was retested following the recalibration, and all control inputs and temperature settings operated within standard manufacturer specifications. Outcome: Repaired.
