Third visit (Oct 22) — Tim B: Assessment A return visit was made to install the replacement control board. Upon arrival, the dishwasher could not be pulled out from under the countertop due to raised tile flooring installed directly in front of the unit, which restricts the necessary vertical clearance for extraction. Next steps To proceed with the control board installation, the customer will need to arrange for a contractor to resolve the tile clearance and remove the dishwasher. At the customer's request, the follow-up service call has been tentatively scheduled one month out. The customer will contact the service department to adjust the appointment if the access issue is resolved sooner.
