Customer complaint: Not Working. Initial visit (Oct 13) — Tim B: Reported concern The customer reported that water was leaking from the left side corner of the door dispenser assembly. Work performed The dispenser area was thoroughly cleaned to clear any debris affecting proper water flow or drainage. Additionally, the water line pressure supplying the refrigerator was reduced by adjusting the back wall shut-off valve. Assessment Following the cleaning the customer pressure adjustments, the dispenser was tested through multiple cycles. The unit operated as intended, the customer no further leaks were detected. The repair is complete. Outcome: Repaired.
