Initial visit (Oct 30) — Mike S: Assessment During the service visit, the unit could not be moved out for inspection or service due to an improper installation. The main electrical supply cable runs directly from beneath the floor into the appliance without sufficient slack or accessible disconnect points, preventing safe removal of the unit from its enclosure. Next steps The service appointment needs to be rescheduled. The customer will have an electrician modify the wiring and free the unit so that proper access can be gained for diagnostic evaluation and service on the follow-up visit.
