Third visit (Oct 26) — Mike S: Work performed Replaced the main control board (PC board) to restore proper appliance operation. Additionally, applied sealant around the heater unit housing to address and stop an active water leak. Next steps Advised the customer to wait 24 hours before running any operating cycles to allow the sealant sufficient time to fully cure and ensure a watertight seal. Fourth visit (Oct 29) — Mike S: ### Assessment During diagnostic testing in service mode, error code E92 was retrieved. This code indicates that the lower spray arm is blocked or failing to rotate properly, which directly impacts water circulation and cycle completion. Inspection revealed a debris clog located behind the drain pump cover, which restricts proper flow and can trigger this specific fault condition. ### Work performed The obstruction behind the drain pump cover was removed, and the filter assembly was thoroughly cleaned. Following the removal of the clog, the unit was retested and operated correctly through its functional checks. ### Next steps The appliance is currently fully functional and cleared for normal use. If a recurring issue or callback occurs, replacing the lower spray arm sensor is recommended to ensure long-term reliability. Parts installed: POWER MODULE PROGRAMMED.
