Assessment Inspection confirmed that the oven door glass is broken, likely resulting from heat stress. Temperature testing was performed, and the unit maintained proper heating capability. However, during operation, the oven intermittently beeped on its own, and several touchpad buttons were completely unresponsive. Unresponsive touch controls and intermittent false inputs impair normal programming and present functional reliability concerns. Next steps To resolve all reported issues, replacement of the oven door assembly and the touchpad interface is required.
