Initial visit (Oct 29) — Mike S: Reported concern The customer reported an issue with the left front triple burner, specifically that the outer ring was not functioning. Assessment Diagnostic testing revealed that the left front triple burner switch had shorted out. This internal electrical fault prevented power from reaching the element's outer ring, limiting the burner's heating capability. Work performed The technician replaced the faulty infinite switch with a new component. After installation, the range was fully tested, confirming proper operation of all burner rings and ensuring no additional electrical or heating issues remain. The repair is complete.
