Samsung Combination Wall Oven
Samsung Combination Wall Oven
Customer complaint: Not Heating. Microwave stopped heating food. Initial visit (Oct 23) — Tim B: Assessment Diagnostic evaluation of the microwave heating circuit revealed that a faulty high-voltage capacitor with low capacitance caused secondary component failures. The degraded capacitor led to the magnetron overheating and shorting out internally, which also blew the high-voltage diode. Because these components are critical to generating high-voltage power, the unit is currently unable to heat. Next steps To resolve the heating issue, replacement of the magnetron, high-voltage capacitor, and high-voltage diode is required. Upon securing the necessary replacement parts, the components will be installed and the appliance will undergo full operational and safety testing. Parts installed: Microwave Magnetron.
