Customer complaint: Stuck in auto-sensing mode. Initial visit (Oct 28) — Mike S: Reported concern The unit was failing to drain properly, leaving standing water inside the tub. Assessment Upon arrival, the unit was approximately half-full of water. The drain pump failed to respond when tested through service mode. Inspection behind the rear access panel revealed that the main power supply wire connected to the drain pump had broken, preventing the pump from receiving power to evacuate water. Work performed The damaged wiring harness was repaired to restore proper electrical continuity to the drain pump assembly. The unit was then retested through a full drain cycle, and the pumping system operated as intended without further issues. Outcome: Repaired.
