Customer complaint: Same issue: Leak is still occurring after last visit. Job #13759 in SW 5934. Initial visit (Oct 26) — Tim B: Customers complaint is that the refrigerator was still leaking. Upon arrival check the freezer to see if water was still coming from the freezer compartment and the repair seem to be still good. With further inspection I found a small leak coming from the dispenser. The dispenser ice maker door shoot was not ceiling properly and allowing moistured air to come into the ice maker compartment. This moisture froze and melted and slowly came down the dispenser. The door seal to the dispenser appear to be no longer available for purchase order. I found a fault in the mechanism where the door shut slowly has designed and found it to be problematic. I removed one of the gears to allow the door to shut more aggressively then slowly and cleaned up the seal. It seems to be ceiling properly now. Customer also mentioned their light bulb doesn't work in the refrigerator. This was a additional complaint not added to the work order. Notifying homeowner of tenants concerns. Job complete.
