Customer complaint: not spinning properly. Initial visit (Nov 2) — Mike S: Assessment During testing in spin cycle mode, an audible growling noise was observed coming from the lower transmission area. A physical inspection revealed that the inner tub is warped and the plastic cover piece on top of the wash basket has broken off from its support mounts. The mechanical noise and structural damage compromise load balance and spin performance. Next steps Due to the overall cost of repairs relative to the value of the unit, the customer has decided to replace the appliance instead of repairing it. No further service or parts ordering is required.
