Customer complaint: Not cleaning. Initial visit (Oct 29) — Mike S: Reported concern The customer reported that the unit is leaking water. Assessment An inspection beneath the unit identified active leaks coming from both the motor sump assembly and the diverter valve. These component leaks prevent the appliance from retaining wash water properly and can lead to water pooling beneath the unit during operation. Work performed Completed diagnostic evaluation. Due to the total repair costs for replacing the motor sump assembly and diverter valve, American Home Shield has approved a full unit replacement for the customer instead of proceeding with repairs. The diagnostic job is completed.
