customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not heat. during my diagnostic I found the customer's flood switch completely shorted out which was not allowing continuity to come to the heater. I replaced the switch and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. also adviced customer about the rust issue on their dish rack and that their home warranty did not cover the dish rack rust issue. I did inform customer how to buy their part outside the warranty. Job complete

customers complaint is at the dryer would not shut off during drying and the dryer was also making a squeaking noise, they also called in a washer that was shaking too much. during my diagnosis I found the customers dryer moisture sensor bars covered with fabric softener build up and one of the baffles was coming loose. I cleaned off the moisture sensor bars and tightened one of the baffles and tested the unit on a quick dry cycle. there was no noise present and the cycle ended. during the high-speed spin on the washer I did not notice a abnormal amount of shaking for a front load washer. no major mechanical failure found with customers washer. everything has been tested on a full cycle and everything is fully operational. customers complaint is that the washer would not signing properly and the washer was leaking in the front. I found debris buildup on the glass causing it not to seal properly and the drain filter was clogged with debris as well. performed a proper cleaning and fixed issue with the drain filter and everything tested out okay. customers tub assembly has broken loose. this is a 25 plus year old Maytag Neptune washer. most of the parts are in NLA. recommending replacement on washing machine. Job complete

customers complaint is that both the front burners were not regulating temperature properly. I replaced both regulating / infinite switches to help regulate the burners properly. tested the unit and everything tested out okay. job complete

replaced actuator motor and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete ,customers complaint is that the drum was hanging low on the dryer and the washer was not starting and throwing an e6 error code. identified fault of the error code on the washer as a bad actuator / shifter motor and the customers back drum seal was ripped and support Wheels were not supporting the drum properly. replaced the drum seal and support Wheels and ordering customer new shifter actuator for the washer.
Maytag Washer
customers complaint is that the washer was dead and would not unlock. I verified the main cause of the shorted out control board. I tested the lid lock for proper continuity. door lid lock tested bad and the main control board was not sending power to the display. customer would need a new PCB control board and lid lock however do the cost the customer has decided to replace the unit. gave customer a list of recommendations and completed out the job. Job complete
