Ge Profile Dishwasher
Installed all new parts and tested the unit. I found no further issues. Job completed. During diagnostics, I found that the unit would not go through a complete cycle. I found two issues. 1. Heater element has shorted out and is touching the casing of the unit. 2. The circulation pump is leaking. The water has gotten onto several components. We will need to address the leaking and heater element first before continuing on with diagnostics. I could not complete the repair. When I tried to remove the dishwasher from underneath the cabinet, the unit would not come out. The flooring underneath the unit has swollen due to water. There is a lot of black mold present underneath the unit as well. I advise a customer to have an insurance rep come out and inspect the flooring. The flooring is soft on the right side of the dishwasher. We will need the black mold removed and flooring replaced before we can fix the unit. Advise a customer to call us back when they’re able to get the unit out.
Frigidaire Cooktop
I installed new induction power board. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.,During diagnostics, the units circuit breaker was off on arrival. As soon as the customer flipped the breaker, I heard a loud “pop” and saw an electrical spark underneath the glass top. Then there was smoke that came out from under the cooktop.
Both induction power boards shorted out.
Estimate has been approved through AHS with them getting the parts.
Samsung Dryer
Installed new PCB. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
During diagnostics, I found the unit to be unplugged on arrival. As soon as I plugged the unit in, the unit started up. The display panel was not even lit up.
Stuck relay on the PCB.
GE Refrigerator
Insatlled new dampner fan and reset the unit. Testsd unit and found it to be operating normally. Told the customer to allow 24-48 hours for the unit to get back to normal operation temperature.
Job completed. During diagnostics, I found that the refrigerator compartment is warm while the freezer is working fine. I did not feel any cold air coming from the back panel.
I put the unit into Service Mode to check the dampner assembly. When I selected the dampner assembly test, I heard a “popping” noise coming from the lower back panel.
Dampner assembly is stuck closed.
GE Dishwasher
During testing, I found the unit is cycling on and off, over and over again. I found the new board is getting very hot. I believe there is a short coming from the circulation pump. Custoker said the unit was running good for a couple of days, then it started doing tha same thing. AHS has decided to replace the unit due to the cost of replacing the extra parts. Job completed. During diagnostics, I found that Inhad no power to the circulation pump until I tapped on the PCB. Also, the lower spray arm is coming apart on the ends, and is hitting the heating element. Installed parts. Tested unit and found no further issues. Job completed.
GE Washer
I installed all new dampners and PCB. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
During inspection, I found the control board power button is intermittently working when you push on it.
Also, both shocks are completely worn making it easy to push the basket all the was down to the ground by hand.
AHS is ordering the parts.
Kitchenaid Dishwasher
During inspection, I found the circulation pump was not operating.
I installed a new pump. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
GE Dryer
During inspection of the unit, I found that the dryer drum belt has broken again. I found the dryer motor pulleys grooves were clogged with rubber debris. I believe this was from the previous belt breakage. The belt wasn’t gripping the pulley correctly and therefore broke when a load was put into the dryer.
Belt replaced under warranty.
Job completed.
Lg Dryer
During inspection of the unit, I found no fault code. Customer told me she had the vents cleaned about a week ago. Since that service was done, she had not seen the “Flow Sense” light come back on. I could not verify the customers complaint at this time. Job completed.
HOT POINT Washer
During inspection of the unit, I found oil has been leaking from the transmission onto the drive components. The belt has become saturated with oil and is coming apart. Also, the clutch is saturated with oil and will need to be replaced.
Due to the cost of the repair, the customer is going to purchase another unit

Maytag,Kenmore Dishwasher,Dryer
Dryer-The unit is operating normally. Custoker wanted me to remove lint from the unit. ai told him warranty would not cover removing lint from the dryer and that he would be responsible for paying.
Dishwasher-The u operates normally. However, the plastic console piece is broken where you grab the door to open it (see pic). The customer has to use a flathead screwdriver to “pop” it open from the side.
GE Microwave Wall Oven Combo
During diagnostics, Inwas unable to put the microwave into a cycle. The display and microwave control is not responding. Need to replace the display and controller. AHS has approved the repair and will supply the parts.
