GE Refrigerator
During inspection, I found the door baffle is not seating all the way when the door is closed. This is allowing warm air to enter into the refrigerator.
Also, after about 15 mins of running, the units evap fan starting pulsing slow to high. I told the customer the PCB is causing the evap fan to pulse.
Customer said she had a ticket in at GE for the issues associated with the refrigerator.
I told her to pull on the baffle to make sure it was sealing. if the unit kept icing in the back, we would need to replace the PCB and possibly the door baffle.
Whirlpool Dryer
During inspection, I found the heater wire, the dryer thermostat and the dryer thermal fuse had shorted out.
I installed a new thermal fuse, thermostat and heater wire to the element. Tested unit and found no further issues.

Frigidaire Refrigerator
Installed new dispenser. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
During inspection, I found the water dispenser lever has broken and is activating the micro switch that controls the water/ice flow.
We will need to replace the entire assembly to remedy the issue.

Installed all new parts. Tested both units and found no further issues.

GE Washer,Dryer
I installed new parts on the washer (PCB) and dryer (upper bearing). Tested both units and found no further issues.

,Dryer-The unit started making a loud banging noise after about 10-mins of Normal cycle. Found the dryer drum has started to eat into the plastic housing on the front bearing.
Washer-The unit will stop intermittently during spin cycle. The customer had to push the start butting to get the unit to finish the cycle. I found the dampners are normal. Control board issue.
AHS has approved both repairs and is supplying the parts.
Samsung Washer
During testing, I found I could easily push the washtub basket down by hand.
I installed new dampners and tested unit. No further issues found.

Kitchenaid Refrigerator
While disassembling the unit, I found that the ice build up was way worse than originally thought. I could not remove the shelf due to then 1/2” ice build up that the shelving was stuck in. I had to steam for 1-hour to be able to remove the shelving. I installed the housing and checked for leaks. No further issues found. Job completed.
GE Dryer
During inspection, I found the dryer drum belt has broken and the upper drum slides are worn.
I installed a new drum belt and two upper drum slides. Tested unit and found no further issues.

Whirlpool Dishwasher
During testing, ai found that the circulation pump has failed.
I installed a new circulation pump. I tested the unit and found no further issues.

Samsung Washer
During testing, I found the inlet water valve assembly is allowing water to spill into the unit even when the unit is not being operated.
Faulty inlet water valve assembly.
I installed a new inlet valve assembly. Tested unit and found no further issues.

Installed new parts. Tested unit and found no further issues.

Kitchenaid Dishwasher
Installed new door seal. Testwd unit and found no further issues. Job completed. During diagnosis, the unit was working, normally on arrival. The customer told me when I got there that it started working. I found that the door was hard to close due to the door seal being ripped. I believe the door coming open is what was causing the original issue. he will need to replace the door, so First and go from there.
