Kitchenaid Microwave
During inspection, found that the door is not being secured by the door locks. Also, the front touch panel has worn to the point you can’t see the touch button pads.
We need to replace all door switches and switch holders. Also need to replace the touch membrane.
Whirlpool Dishwasher,Washer
Maytag Washer
During inspection, I found the transmission to be leaking. The leak has compromised the electrical components underneath the unit (see attached pic). Also, all four dampeners are worn and need to be replaced.
Samsung Range
Installed new PCB and Bake igniter. Teated unit and found no further issues.
Job completed. ,During diagnostics, found the bake igniter has started to fail. Also, customer says the oven lock will randomly lock while the unit is not in use.
This is typical of a bad Oven Relay Board.
GE Washer
During testing, I found that the steel base has rusted all the way through causing the suspension to “rock” (see pictures). Customer complained about the last company that was out 4 times in the last 30-days (Assist Appliance) and were not happy with their service. Also, the cycle selector switch intermittently will work. AHS is going to replace the unit due to age and cost of the repair. Job completed.
GE Dishwasher
During inspection, I found the pressure sensor was clogged with debris. I removed the clog and retested. The unit is operating normally.

GE Washer
During inspection, I put the unit into a “Drain & Spin” cycle. Once the unit started spinning, you can hear a loud screeching sound coming from underneath the unit. Once the unit went up in speed, you could hear a loud metallic noise that got louder with speed.
I looked under the unit and found oil has been leaking for sometime. The oil has gotten onto the belt and other components.
AHS is going to replace the unit due to cost of repair.

During testing, I found the upper ovens bake igniter has failed.
I installed a new bake igniter. I tested the unit and found no further issues.

Amana Dishwasher
Installed new upper spray arm. Tested unit and found no further issues. During inspection, I found the lower spray arm has become unserviceable. The spray arm has deteriorated over time causing large holes. Also, the unit will not drain. Installed new drain pump and lower spray arm. I forgot to order the upper spray arm for the unit. The unit is working now, but we need to order the upper spray arm.
Bosch Dishwasher
Installed a new drain pump and performed full operational testing. The unit is now functioning normally.
Job completed.
During inspection, I found the drain pump has failed.
We will need to order the pump.
Kitchenaid Refrigerator
During inspection, I found the drain hose was totally clogged with sediment. I removed the drain hose and cleared out the clog. Job completed.
Whirlpool Dishwasher
Installed new circulation pump and verified operation.
Job completed. During testing, I found that the circulation pump has failed. Tapping on the pump will cause it to work. I believe the pump going out is what caused the PCB to fail prematurely.
AHS has approved the repair and is supplying the parts.
