Lg Washer
customer's complaint is that there was a lot of suds coming out of the washing machine with water. customer switch to a new type of soap and also recently had some painters move the washer that might have forgotten to put the drain hose back in place. the product also is only 6 months old still under manufacturer's warranty which offers free repairs with a year. check the washer on a quick cycle all the way through and everything tested out okay. advised customer to use less soap.
Whirlpool DRYER
Service performed on a Whirlpool electric dryer that was reported to be making a loud screeching/grinding noise. A diagnostic was completed, taking 1 hour, followed by an additional hour of basic labor. Part WPL 279640 was used during the service.
Samsung DISHWASHER
Removed drain plug and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Whirlpool DISHWASHER
customer's complaint is that the dishwasher was not drying the dishes. during my diagnosis, I found an error code stored in the control board. E1 f7 which is commonly stored in the control board when there is a wash pump issue which permanently shuts the heater off. customer said that they had a wash pump replaced before. I tested the heater and the heater tested out okay and I erased the error code from the control board and the heater came on as normal. job complete

Whirlpool RANGE/STOVE
customers said that burners shut off after they had been on for a little while which is normal for regulation of temperature and that the right side back burner would not get red. I tested all the burners and they all came on red and seem to be regulating normally. everything tested to manufacture setting and everything tested out okay.
Lg Washer
replaced actuator and control board and tested unit and everything tested out okay. customers complaint is that the washer is not starting again. during my diagnosis I found the actuator not working again along with the root cause possibly being the control board shorting it out. has a courtesy we are replacing all components at free of charge for the customer.
Frigidaire Cooktop
cleaned burners and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Maytag Dryer
dryer was not getting enough power because the cord was loose from the wall outlet. plugged the cord in all the way and the jar start working normally. job complete
Whirlpool Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher was not cleaning well and was leaking. during my diagnosis I found that the dishwasher had the wrong type of soap put in it that caused it to over suds. rinsed out the soap and tested both spray arms for proper spraying and everything tested out okay. Job complete

Maytag Dryer
customers complaint is at the dryer was taking too long to dry during my diagnosis I found that the dryer was not blowing outside very well. I advised a dryer vent cleaning was needed to resolve the issue. however during my inspection of the dryer vent I found the customers vent loose from the inside and not properly secured at all. customer mentioned that the entire house felt Dusty from dryer lint. I inspected around the vent and saw that there was a air leak within the ventilation system causing lent to go inside the ceilings of the walls. customer needs a contractor to open up the ceiling and fix the dryer vent system.
