Samsung Dryer
Customers complaint is that the dryer would just keep running after the cycle ended.
I diagnosed the issue with the customer's dryer and found control board relay stuck. Freed up relay and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Lg Refrigerator
customers complaint is that the refrigerator would not cool at all.
I begin diagnostics by inspecting customers evaporator coil. customers evaporator coil has no signs of proper coolant circulation. which is a sign of a sealed system issue between the customers compressor or evaporator coil leak. I did not tap into the customer's system.

customer has a 10-year warranty on the compressor. between manufacture day or purchase date they are still within manufacturer's warranty off the part and possibly the labor.

GE Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not turn at all.
during my diagnosis I found that the belt was broken. replaced belt with truck stock and tested unit and everything tested out okay.
First trip complete!
Whirlpool Washer
Customers complaint is that the washer was not draining out the clothes.
I ran a drain and spin cycle and found the drum moving around a lot with no clothes and also noticed the drain pump humming but not getting any water. Tested drain pump for 120v and power tested out okay. Drainis shorted out and tub suspension rods are shot.
replaced suspension and drain pump with truck stock. tested unit and everything tested out okay.
Whirlpool Refrigerator
customers complaint is that the refrigerator is not cooling properly.
I first began diagnostics on the freezer part of the refrigerator since this was a single cool system. freezer would not get below 24° F.
during a further diagnosis I had found the evaporator cooling fan not running. evaporator cooling fan motor ratings were set to operate at 115 volts and 60 HZ
tested ac voltage at the fan motor plugins and ratings were above 120 volt AC.
replace the customer's cooling fan motor with fan on the truck within stock and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. Job completed
Frigidaire Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not run.
I started the dishwasher and it filled and drained but would not wash. customer explained that the dishwasher was fairly new and hadn't been used in a year.
I took a wrench and smacked the wash pump to free up the bearings.
wash pump kicked one and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain or start. I diagnosed the issue and found the dishwasher getting power but would not come on at all. This is a common issue where the main power relay board shorts out. it will need a new board upgrade kit between display panel and power relay board.
customer had another company through their home warranty working on it. dishwasher has sat way too long and is now covered in black mold and bacteria growth. I do not recommend repair. the black mold is a health hazard for any continued use.
recommended Cash out options on repair to Home warranty.
Samsung Washer
another bolt came broke loose and accept this time it tore through the main tup weight support. customer now needs a new counterweight support. reporting issue to customers Home warranty. ( CUSTOMER REQUEST CASH OUT ON REPAIR )
Roper Washer
customer's complaint is that the washer would not spin during cycle. customer had motor coupler on hand. replaced motor coupler for customer and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
Lg Microwave
Customer complaint is that the microwave would run but not heat. magnetron has shorted out. cost of repair is not economical. recommended replacement to customers warranty company. they should hear back within one to three business days on replacement options. Job complete
Whirlpool,Whirlpool DRYER,WASHER
customers complaint is that the washer was shaking too much and shutting off mid-cycle and the dryer was not drying properly and making too much noise.
I diagnosed the dryer and found the idler pulley seized up. provided maintenance on pulley and everything is back to normal on the dryer.
diagnosed washer and found the main tub assembly support arms falling apart and getting sucked down into the drain pump. customer will need a new tub assembly repair WPW10409997. repair is not economical. reporting to customer's warranty company and they should get a replacement option within one to three business days through email. Job complete
Kitchenaid Dishwasher
customers complaint is that they were receiving a consistent F4 E3 error code which indicates a heating problem and shuts off the heating element permanently due to the temperature not rising up fast enough.
I inspected the customers heating element and found it worped. I tested the dishwasher and diagnostics and the heating element came on however the heating element is in terrible shape.
this error code through the technician data sheet recommends replacing the turbidity sensor and if that doesn't fix it then recommends replacing the control as a last step.
due to the dishwasher almost being over 10 years old and the possible cost of the repair. customer has decided to buy a new dishwasher.
