customers complaint is that the washer would not start and that the dryer was making a loud noise and did not seem to be heating properly and would shut off prematurely. I diagnosed the washer and found the door switch dislocated and the customer is having a issue with the motor in the dryer. recommended replacement options on dryer and fixed washer.
Lg Refrigerator
customers complaint is that refrigerator is leaking on the left side corner and building up ice in the freezer. I diagnosed issue and found the customer's defrost drain clogged with dust and debris. steam cleaned drain and everything checked out okay. Job complete
Whirlpool Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain. I found motor had burned up as well as a clog in the drain hose. was unable to remove debris in he drain hose. I replaced the drain pump and drain hose and tested the dishwasher and everything tested out okay. Job complete

customers complaint was that the dryer was making out loud screeching noise. I found debris caught in drum bearing seal. removed debris caught in between drum and drum seal and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete

replaced tensioner pulley on dryer and tested unit and everything tested out okay

customer complaint is that the washer was making a high pitch tweaking noise during use. the issue and found the bolts to the belt pulley coming loose causing the belt to slide and create a high pitch squeak noise. I added loctite to the pulley and bolt and tighten everything down and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete

customers complaint is that the washer was leaking. found leak at dispenser and was able to fix it. customers complaint on the dryer is not the dryer was not drying properly. customer needs a dryer vent cleaning. Job completed

customers compliant is that the dishwasher was not running properly and leaking. checked underneath the dishwasher and found the dishwasher over sudsing. washing machine was inspected and tested with a shop towel on a short cycle. washing machine spend out towel just fine. checked for proper connection underneath washing machine and everything checked out okay. customers complaint is that the dryer would take several cycles to dry. diagnose the issue and found the dryer heating just fine however the customer's dryer vent was reading 100% obstruction and not blowing outside properly at all. customer is going to reach out to apartment complex manager to inquire about the dryer vent issue. customers complaining as at the washer would move around too much. diagnosed issues and found suspension rods completely worn out. customer has decided to replace the unit instead of move forward with repair. Job completed
GE Oven
Test of the unit and customer is getting a unregular gas flow. None of the gas is lighting properly. Ordering new gas regulator for customer. Also note that there is no main shut off behind the range for the gas. Customer is going to have the gas company shut the gas line off to the house before install.
