Ge Profile Washer
customers complaint is that the washer would not start at all. during my diagnosis I tested the washer out on two cycles with 3 towels. the washer continue through the cycles with no issues however I found water in the flood pan underneath the washer. the only leak I could find on the washer was from the front bellow seal. customers glaas door was covered with debris buildup. I cleaned the glass door and tested for any further leaks and no leaks were found. Job complete
Samsung Washer
customers complaint is that the washer would not drain at all. during diagnosis I found the drain pump getting 120 volts however the drain pump motor was not turning or circulating any water through the drain pipe. I replaced the customer's drain pump with the part stocked on the truck and was able to test the unit for a same day repair. Job complete

customers complaint is that they had to remove the clothes for the washer to drain. the washer is designed to shut off if the load is too heavy or too unbalance.
I asked the customer for a couple towels and watched the washer fill and balance out the towels and it drained and spinned out fine with no issues. Job complete

customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain at all. I found drain line to be completely clogged. removed the clog and testing unit and the unit drained just fine. job complete

customers complaint is at the dryer would not start at all. during my diagnosis I was able to locate the root of the cause which was the timer knob had completely stripped out not allowing it to select proper cycle for starting. customer mentioned one of the settings that they never used and I was able to switch out the knobs to be able to complete up the repair for the customer. job complete

customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain. tested drain pump for 120 volts which tested out okay which resulted into a burned-out motor on the drain pump itself. replaced drain pump and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete

customers complaint is that the washer was moving around too much and that the dryer would not start. I began diagnostics and found customers suspensions how to completely worn out and that the dryer door switch was shorted out as well. customer declined estimate and said that they had extra units stored and that they were just going to swap them out instead of move forward with repair. customers complaint is that the indicator light was not functioning. replaced customers indicator light and the dishwasher was still not indicating a wash cycle through the door light. found out that it is a setting that accidentally gets turned off on the dishwasher. this model is very new and there is no information online about how to turn it on only on the older models. the settings are not the same and I was unable to find any information on how to turn the light back on without the owner's manual. customer is going to look for the owner's manual and see about turning the light back on through Bosch. I replaced the burner sockets and one of the burners and tested the burners and everything tested out okay however the inquiry about the light switch issue was denied by customers Home warranty. they do not cover light issues. Job complete
