Lg Washer
Customers complaint is at the washer would not drain. Test motor windings. Motor tested bad. Replaced drain pump motor and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Whirlpool Dryer
During diagnostics, found that the heater element has shorted out. I recommended a vent cleaning as well.
Installed new heater element and tested unit. No further issues found.
Job complete.
Samsung Refrigerator
During diagnostics, When I arrived, I could hear the noise the customer was complaint about. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel. I found that the noise is coming internally from the compressor. The compressor would need to be replaced to remedy this issue.
Samsung is currently under a class action lawsuit due to these compressors.
Advised customer to contact Samsung about the possibility of getting the compressor replaced.

GE Monogram Refrigerator
Customer complaint was the fan would “pulse” on and off. Customer also said he replaced the fan about four years ago. Found that the PCB board fan relay is there intermittently cutting on and off. We need to order the PCB board. installed new PCB board,removed ice and cleared defrost drain. job complete
Whirlpool Dryer
Found the drive belt had broken due to a roller support that was partially locked up. I was able to free up the roller and install the new belt and test Unit. No further issues found. Job complete.
GE,GE Washer,Range
Washer- Drain pump shorted out on washer.
Range- One of the burners is not regulating properly and the other one is shorted out on range between the regulator switch and the burner itself.
Waiting on authorizations.
