Whirlpool Washer
1st trip- customer complaint is not the washer would not start at all or come on. during my diagnosis I found the washer filled with water and that were lid lock in the lock position. it is a clear that this issue happened during a drain and spin cycle. I jumped the drain pump with 120 volts which it is rated for to operate. motor got hot and did not start. customer strain pump shorted out and back shorted into the main PCB control board. customers home warranty ordering new drain pump and PCB control board.
2nd trip- replaced customers PCB control board and drain pump on the unit came on however it was now having a door lid lock error code. on the initial visit I had to force the door open to get the model number to order parts which unknowingly broke the switch. I was able to use a three wire door lid lock that goes to a GE top load that I had within truck stock. testing unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Whirlpool Dryer
The technician, Tim Briggs, responded to a reported issue with a Whirlpool dryer exhibiting unusual loud noises, possibly indicating that the belts are off track. The appropriate part, WPL 349241T, was utilized for the service. Job complete
Samsung WASHER
Customers complaint is that the washer would not spin out her clothes. During diagnosis I found the customer's suspension rods worn out causing the washer to move around too much and shut itself down due to a unbalancing issue. I replaced the suspension rods and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Maytag,Maytag DRYER,WASHER
customers complaint is that the dryer was taking too long to dry and the washer wouldn't continue through the spin out cycle. during further inspection I found the customer's washer wire harness broken, PCB relay acting up with the door lock the washer was shaking dramatically with nothing in it as well as shrunks of pot medal in the outside wash basket which is evident that the washer spider arm support has been coming apart over time. Customers dryer heating element had shorted out and was grounded to the heat housing allowing half the element to still function. I replaced the heating element and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. Reported findings on washer to customers home warranty. Job complete
Kenmore Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not turned on during my diagnosis I found the customer's dryer vent burned out along with their thermal fuse. replace additional parts with truck stock and tested unit and everything test out okay. job complete
Samsung Washer
technician diagnosed issue and found a problem between the control board and tub sensor not sensing properly. requesting a new wire harness, tub sensor and control board from AHS. AHS has approved repair. waiting on parts.

Frigidaire Cooktop
customers complaint is that the refrigerator was making a noise as if a fan was hitting something. the noise would only appear when the customer would open the fridge side and it was coming from the fridge side. the diverter motor on the fridge side opens up and makes a clicking noise as it moves the diverter door open from the freezer to the fridge to share cold air. diverter motor could possibly could be going bad but it is working efficiently as it should for now. Job complete
GE Dryer
customer is missing half the power to the unit. the washer will run on 120 but the dryer needs 240 v
Samsung Dishwasher
customers complaints of the dishwasher was blinking the normal light Non-Stop and would not begin a cycle. during my diagnostic I found customers flood pan for water underneath the dishwasher due to a inlet valve leak. replace the inlet valve and test of the unit and everything tested out okay. customers complaint is that the washer would not stop draining. I diagnosed issue and found the customer's pressure module on the control board had shorted out. replace the main PCB control board and tested unit and everything tested okay. job complete

customers complaint is that the dryer would not heat at all. I checked the continuity on the heating element on the dryer and the heating element tested out for a shorted out coil. I replaced the heating element and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete

customers complaints is that the dryer was taking too long to dry and the washer was not spinning out the clothes all the way. during my diagnosis I found the dryer getting up to 225 F and the washer belt was slipping. I checked for proper airflow outside where the dry vents outside and it was severely clogged and barely blowing outside at all. customer needs to hire a dryer vent cleaning to resolve drying issue with dryer. replaced customer's belt and tested unit and everything tested out okay.
