Samsung Microwave
During diagnostics, I put a cup of water in the unit to test heating. I was not able to initiate any cycle. Though the display board would show numbers, it was unresponsive when pushing “Start”. I started disassembling the unit to test. The plastic pieces-being very brittle, broke in my hands. Also, the model number sticker is completely gone. I could not get a model or serial number. AHS has decided to put the unit into replacement options. Job completed.
GE Dishwasher
During inspection, I found the unit would not initiate a cycle with the door closed and timer on. I disassembled the door and found the latch and switch mechanisms had become loose. Locking the latch in place was not pushing on the two switches that are located underneath the latch. I was able to adjust the latch and secure the door switches. I tested the unit and found no further issues. Job completed.
General Electric Dryer
During testing, noted that the timer is binding really bad. This has also caused the knob that turns the timer to break as well, due to the timer being so hard to turn.
I will need to replace the timer and knob together.
Insatlled new parts. Tested unit and found no further issues.

GE Dryer
During diagnostics, I disassembled the unit and inspected the blower wheel and other components. I could not find any issues other than the PCB has a “browning” area on it that “could” be causing the issue. I reassembled and tested. The unit is still heating. Customer is more then likely, going to replace the unit. Job completed.

During inspection, I found the lid lock has failed. Customer told me the unit was only 3-months old. I advised him that the unit is still under manufactures warranty and could be fixed free-of-charge by the manufacturer’s warranty.
He then asked if I had the lid lock in stock, which I did not since the unit is new. The lid lock I had was not compatible with the newer unit.
Custoker is going to call G.E.

Frigidaire Dishwasher
During inspection,I could not verify the “no draining” issue. Unit is operating normally at this time. This could have been a clog or an intermittent drain pump or PCB issue.
I did recommend replacing the bottom spray arm, as it has melted a little on both sides by touching the heating element.
I successfully got the unit to drain 3 separate times.
Customer is going to purchase the spray arm part himself.
Job completed.
