Maytag Washer
During inspection, I found the the gear assembly has started leaking out onto the rotor assembly. Also, when trying to select a cycle, the control will skip around. I was not able to select some of the cycles due to a bad controller. Due to cost of repair, AHS is going to replace the unit. Job completed
Maytag Dryer
During diagnostics, found the thermal fuse had shorted out. Installed new thermal fuse and tested unit. I found no further issues. I advised customers to have vents cleaned due to clogging. Job completed.
GE Refrigerator
During diagnosis, I found that the unit was all in cooling the refrigerator to 40° in the freezer to 26° Remove the back panel and found the evaporator clean defrost works. The evaporator fan would come on. This is a compressor issue.
Customer is going to purchase another unit.

Whirlpool Dishwasher
During diagnostics, found the circulation pump is faulty. I had power coming to the motor, but no operation.
Installes new circulation pump. Tested unit and found no further issues.

Bosch Dishwasher
During diagnostics, found the circulation pump was locked up. Customer said there was a broken glass. The circulation pump is NLA.
Job completed.
GE Dishwasher
During testing, found that the wash pump is very hot to touch. The pump is failing and not pumping enough water through the spray arms. Also, the motor relay on the PCB is clicking on and off repeatedly.
After installing the new board and motor, the unit started leaking from around the motor/sump seal. this was not detected on the first call, because I could not run the unit.
Recommending replacement at this point.
AHS has approved the estimate.

GE Profile Washer-During inspection, noted a bad oil leak coming from the transmission(see attached picture). Also, timer is starting to stick when trying to select a cycle. This is a 23-year old unit. I’m recommending replacement of the unit. AHS IS GOING TO PUT THIS UNIT INTO REPLACEMENT OPTIONS.
Whirlpool Microwave-The control display is not readable due to the LED lights going out. Also, front panel where the door handle is, has cracked.
AHS IS GLING TO PUT THIS UNIT INTO REPLACEMENT OPTIONS.
Admiral Dryer-I could not verify the customers complaint. No repair needed at this time.
Maytag Washer
During diagnostics, the door was locked with laundry when I got here. I put the unit into Service Mode and found code F3E1-Pressure Sensor Fault. I found the Air Trap Assembly was clogged with debris. This is a very common issue on these washers. I cleaned the air trap, installed and tested with no further issues found. I did inform the customer there was still a chance it could be the pressure sensor. this is a more uncommon issue, but there is a possibility the sensor is sending wrong readings to the ECU. If the issue comes back, I informed the customer we would need to replace the pressure sensor.

Jo, original switch did not work. part in stock is defective. ordering new switch.
Installed new switch and reset computer. I set a “Rapid Wash” cycle and the unit completed the cycle with no further issues.

Lg Washer
Found the door boot was clogged with debris. I removed the debris and found no further issues.
Bosch Dishwasher
During inspection, I found the dishwasher was full of water.I found that the garbage disposal was clogged around the dishwater hose area. I removed the clog and was able to drain the dishwasher.
No further faults found.

Maytag Washer
During inspection, I tested the basket. I was very easily able to push the basket down to the floor. Shocks are worn. Also, the tell gear case is starting to show signs of leakage. I installed all new shock assemblies. No further issues found. Job completed.
Frigidaire Freezer
During inspection, I found the back panel was covered in ice. I revised the panel and found the drain to be clogged. I removed the clog, verified defrost operation. The unit was at 61 degrees on arrival. It was down to 40 degrees before I left. Job completed.
