customer complaint is that the ceiling underneath the washer was starting to give way possibly from water damage. during my diagnosis I found no leaks with washer whatsoever. there's a possible pipeline leak underneath your floor or the washer is. customer needs a plumber transferred over to her. transferring work order to plumber. Kenmore Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain at all initially and now it won't even start. the dishwasher had a normal light that kept blinking. I canceled out the error code and started the dishwasher in the dishwasher started draining however the error code came back instantly shut the dishwasher down. with further inspection I found the touchpad completely worn down and the control board acting up. furthermore the customers bottom spray arm is broken and not spinning to wash the dishes. this model is 18 years old and due to the cost to repair I am recommending replacement through the customer's Home warranty.

Whirlpool Dishwasher
The dishwasher, a Whirlpool model, was reported not to be cleaning dishes properly, making unusual noises, and showing no signs of wetness upon opening. A diagnostic service was performed for 1 hour, along with an additional hour of basic labor. One part (WPL W11025829) was identified as necessary for repair. Replaced PCB and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete, customers complaint is that the dishwasher was not washing dishes appropriately if not at all. during my diagnosis I found that the dishwasher was not filling up with water. the inlet valve underneath was not receiving 120 volts from the control board. I jumped 120 volts from the customer's wall outlet to make sure the inlet valve was still okay and the valve did open up with the correct amount of power. customer needs new control board to resolve issues.
Maytag Dryer
Service note for Maytag dryer: The appliance was reported as not drying and not heating. A diagnostic was performed, taking 1 hour, followed by an additional hour of basic labor. The part WPL 279838 was used to resolve the issue. we also noticed the customer's dryer vent was completely clogged with dryer lint. replaced wall cap that was broken and cleaned out the ventilation system for the dryer. Job complete
Samsung Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not heat at all. during my diagnosis I found the customers heating element shorted out. replace the heating element with truck stock and completed up the customer same day. job complete
