during my diagnosis I found the customer's plumber had forgotten to remove drain plug to garbage disposal. tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete

The technician, Tim Briggs, performed a diagnostic on the dryer, which exhibited a loud noise during operation. Basic labor was also conducted for one hour. Despite attempts to reach the customer to confirm the work order, there was no response, and a voicemail was left on two occasions.
