Samsung Washer
During diagnostics, found the inner tub spider arm has broke and has caused the tub the rub on the outer tub. There is a lot of internal damage and the entire tub assembly would need to be replaced.
Admiral Cooktop
The unit is making a vibration noise that is a little different. The dryer was tilted a little forward. The unit is sitting in a floor that is not totally level. I leveled the dryer the best I could. I could not get the unit to reproduce the noise after that.
I told the customer that if the unit was making noise, but still drying, the warranty company would not cover that noise. I told her the dryer would have to be 100% level. The house is old and the floor is not exactly level, which is causing an issue.

Samsung Refrigerator
During diagnostics, I tested the temperature between the freezer and refrigerator. Freezzer was at 64 degrees and fridge was at 41 degrees. I was able to get into service mode and test the both fans. I found the compressor has started to fail.
Customer is going to purchase another unit.

Lg Washer
During diagnostics, the unit was plugged in on arrivals. I could not get the panel to respond by touch. I grabbed the inner tub and turned it. As soon as I turned the inner tub, the panel started flickering on and off. Also, the bearing in the unit is bad as well as the door boot has a lot of black mold on it.
Customer had already purchased another unit.

Frigidaire Dishwasher
during diagnostic, noted the unit was full of water on arrival . I was able to force drain the unit. I found the drain hose did not have a “loop” in it. I secured the hose and advised the customer to keep an eye on it. I could not duplicate the concern. However, I believe the touch-panel at the top of the unit might be shifting out due to water intrusion. advise a customer to call back if he had any other concerns. Job completed.
Amana WASHER
Installed all new parts. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed. During diagnostics, I found two issues with the unit.
1. Cold water valve is sticking. Thisbis taking really long fill times.
2. Tib shocks are worn causing the “banging” the customer is referring to in the complaint .
First American has approved the repair. Need to order parts.
Frigidaire Dryer
Installed all new parts. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.,During inspection, the unit would start vibrating really bad. Also, the timer is starting to stick causing the heating element to stay on longer than it is suppose to.
Samsung Range
During diagnostics, found the gas tube was clogged informed of the igniter. This was causing the raw gas smell. Also, oven variance was off 30 degrees. I adjusted the variance and tested the unit. I found no other issues. Job completed.
Samsung Dryer
During diagnostics, I heard a squealing sound when the unit was in a cycle. I found the belt tensioner and drum belt faulty.
I installed a new belt tensioner and drum belt. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
Whirlpool Washer
During diagnostics, I found the touch panel unresponsive. Fautly touch panel. Customer is going to fix it hisself.

Whirlpool Dryer
During diagnostics, I found the thermal fuse tested bad.
Installed new thermal fuse and tested unit. No future issues found.

Whirlpool Range
During diagnostics, I was able to determine that the spark module for the oven has failed.
Custoner has decided to DIY the unit.
