Frigidaire Refrigerator,Microwave
Suring diagnostics, found the transformer has failed. The display board is not powering up as well. Customer aid things the third time someone has been here to fix this unit. AHS is going to replace the unit due to cost of repair. Job completed.

Installed new touch panel. Tested unit to 350 degrees with no further issues found.

Refrigerator-Found the compressor has failed. The customer said the compressor was replaced under warranty 5-years ago.

GE Dishwasher
During inspection, I noticed that the flooring in the kitchen was wet under the flooring. I removed the kick oanel from the unit and started a cycle. I could not verify a leak of any kind. It’s possible this could be an intermittent sticking inlet valve. I asked the customer to continue to use the unit, but to keep an eye on it and record any videos that show the unit is leaking. Job completed.
GE,Kenmore WASHER,Dryer
Washer- Installed new dampeners. Tested unit found no further issues. Job completed.
Dryer-installed new heating element. tested unit and found no further issues.

Dryer-During diagnostics, noted the unit would heat, but take along time to dry clothes. Vent was clear. Part of the cool in the heating element is faulty. Need new element.
Washer-During diagnostics, found it was real easy to move the wash basket back and forth. I removed the back panel and found the dampners were worn.
Lg Washer
During inspection, I found that the wash plate and gear case shaft have both stripped out. The gear assembly and wash plate would need to be replaced to fix the unit.
Due to the cost of the repair, the customer has decided to replace the unit.

Whirlpool Dryer
During diagnostics, I found the would power up and start a cycle, but immediately cut-off. I found the receptacle that the unit is plugged into, to be loose causing a bad connection. This will need to be transferred to an electrician. Job completed.
Lg Refrigerator
During diagnostics, the unit was warm in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments. I removed the back panel and tested the compressor. I had power to the compressor but no activity. Faulty compressor. This is a well known issue with LG refrigerators. I advised the customer to call LG as they are under a Class Action Lawsuit. Job completed.
Kenmore Washer
During diagnostics, I found the source of the leak to be the drain hose vent tube. It had come off the outer drum and was spilling water out during the drain cycle. I trimmed a piece and secured it back to the outer tub. I ran the unit through a quick cycle and found no further issues.
GE Dishwasher
Waited for 15-mins. Got a call from our dispatcher telling me American Home Shield gave us the wrong address. The actual address is in Rolesville. Seems the customer has had prior issues with the warranty company giving wrong info.
Whirlpool Dryer
During diagnostics, I found power coming from the board into the motor. Motor has failed.,Installed new PCB. Tested unit and found no further issues found.

Whirlpool Washer
During diagnostics, found the unit was unplugged on arrival. After plugging the unit in, the drain pump immediately came on. Bad PCB.
Installed new PCB, tested the unit and found no further issues.

During diagnostics, I found that I had no power at the receptacle. This is going to be an electrical issue with the house.
