Maytag Dryer
During diagnostics, I found that the unit would run, but not heat. Found the thermal fuse that’s mounted on the heating element has shorted out.
I installed a new thermal fuse and tested the unit. The unit is working normally again. I advised the customer to have the dryer vents cleaned as these thermal fuses blow due to excessive heat. She told me she did not know that was suppose to be done. I was going to check the flapper outside of the house, but the venting goes up through the roof.
Job competed.
Kenmore Washer
During diagnostics, I found the drain hose that comes from the pump was leaking where the hose connects to the pump. I was able remove the hose and reinstall with the original clamp.
Twste unit on two different cycles and found no further leaking.

Frigidaire Refrigerator
During diagnostics, I forced a defrost cycle and waited for the leak. I found the leak where the drain tube connects to the freezer section. The tube was loose and was allowing water to pass over the top of it and onto the floor. I was able to reattach the drain hose by securing it back in place and gluing it. No further issues found. Job completed
Lg Washer
During diagnostics, while running a “Quick” cycle, I was able to determine the cause of the noise is bearing failure.
Recommending replacement of the unit.
AHS is going to replace the unit due to cost of repair.

Samsung Microwave
During diagnostics, I found the unit would power up and operate, but not heat. I pulled the unit and disassembled it. I found the high-voltage diode had shorted out.
I installed a new diode and retested. I found no further issues.

Kitchenaid MICROWAVE
During diagnostic, the unit would not respond to any cycle that was chosen. I pulled the unit and found that the door switches were bad.
I install installed two new door switches and tested the unit. Unitnis working normally now.

Maytag Dishwasher
During diagnostics, I started a cycle and could not get water to come into the unit. I had an inlet valve on hand, some installed it to test. The unit would still not bring water in. I then took a picture of water and poured it into the unit. At this time, the inlet valve started allowing water to come in. Once the unit filled with water, it would not circulate the water. Also, a burning smell was coming from the circulation pump. The unit has a bad circulation pump. I’m also recommending the PCB, because the board overheated due to the locked up circulation pump. Customer is going to purchase another unit due to cost of repair. Job completed.

I installed new water inlet valve assembly. Tested unit. No further issues found.
During diagnostics, I found that the inlet valve assembly is leaking while unit is off.

Samsung Dryer
During diagnostics, the unit would turn on, but would not heat. I found the element has shorted out.
Installed new element and tested the unit. Unit is working normally. No further issues found.

Installed new dampners and reset the unit.
No further issues found.

GE Cooktop
Installed new 4-prong power cable to the unit. Tested and found no further issues.
Job completed. During inspection, found the 4-prong plug has melted due to a loose receptacle. An electrician has already replaced the receptacle. We will need to order the 4-prong plug.
Samsung Refrigerator
During diagnostics, I pulled the unit out and found all three drain tubes were clogged. I was able to clean the drain tubes out. I also used the steamer to remove the ice blockage in the water try below the evaporator.
