Kitchenaid Dishwasher
Insatlled new door seal. No further issues found.

During inspection, I noticed the door seal has become dry and is leaking. I will need to replace the door seal.
Whirlpool Washer
During diagnostics, I put the unit into cycle and heard a “humming” noise while the unit operated. I removed the motor and drain pump to inspect the motor/transmission coupler. Coupler as well as transmission is normal. However, when the unit runs for any length of time, the “humming” gets louder to the point the unit will stop spinning and just hum. You can also smell where the motor is getting very hot. Needs new motor drive.
Whirlpool Washer,Refrigerator
During diagnostics, I found water inside the unit on arrival and it was unplugged. I plugged the unit in and could not get it to drain. I found the harness to the drain pump had shorted. I fixed the wrong to the drain pump and tested. Unit is operating normally. No further issues found. Job completed.
Lg Dryer
During diagnostics, I noted a noise coming from the blower area. I disassembled the unit and found a quarter was inside the blower. Removed the quarter, reassembled and tested. No further issues found.

Samsung Microwave
Durinf diagnostics, I found that the unit is heating. However, the door has broken at the bottom door hinge of the unit. When opening the door, the whole door pops out of place. Also, the light inside the microwave is not working.
Whirlpool Dryer
Found belt to broken. Installed new belt and tested unit. No further issues found.

Whirlpool Microwave
During diagnostics, the unit was plugged in on arrival, but no power. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and it came on. The unit is operating normally. It’s possible the outlet has an intermittent issue. The microwave is fine. Job completed.
GE Washer
Installed new door boot. Tested unit and found no further issues. Job completed. During inspection, noted water in the bottom of the drain pan. I found the door boot is leaking on the bottom. Door boot needs to be replaced.
GE Dryer
During diagnostics, I found I did not have 240v between L1 and L2 at the receptacle. This is going to be an electrical issue with the power coming in. I advised the customer to call an electrician to diagnose the no power issue. I told the customer after the electrician fixes the issue, if the dryer is still not coming on, to give us a call back. Job completed.
Maytag Washer
During diagnostics, I found the unit to be unplugged on arrival. I plugged the unit in and it immediately went to a drain cycle. This is indicating a bad PCB. This unit did not exhibit this issue on the previous visit. Custoker said this would be the 3rd PCB that would be replaced in th last year. That being said, I also recommended the wiring harness due to the PCB shorting out two other times. AHS is going to replace the unit due to past repair history. Job completed. During diagnostics, I found that I could push the inner wash tub down by hand very easily. Bad dampners. Installed new dampners. Testsd unit. No further issues found. Job completed.
GE Refrigerator

Pulled the panel again and found the blend door plug was loose. Secured plug and ran a diagnostic test to confirm blend door operation. All thermistors passed the test and well as the evap fan.

Whirlpool Refrigerator
During diagnostics, Inflund that the icemaker had no water inside of it. I tried to do a manual harvest and it would not cycle. I removed the icemaker and back panel. I found a plug that was going from the icemaker to the cabinet was not all the way in. This more than likely happened when I was reassembling the unit from the last visit.
I secured the plug and was able to get the icemaker to go through a harder mode.
Job completed.
During diagnostics, I found ice in the bottom of the freezer. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover. I found the drain hose completely clogged with mold and dirt. I removed the basket and steamed the drip tray-which was frozen.
I ensured water flow through the drain hose.
