customers complaint is that the dishwasher was not heating at all. formed factory diagnostic and tested heater and the heater came on. however there was a fault stored in the control board for incoming water to cold. I performed a technical data reset on the board and everything tested out okay. Job complete

customers complaint is that the dryer was making a loud screeching noise when in a dry cycle. located issue within the front bearing support. I fetched out debris out of front bearing support and resituated mainframe and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete

I found the drum glides had completely worn away and was exposing metal from underneath causing the noise to let the customer know that they are due to be replaced. replaced drum glide supports and tested unit and everything tested out okay.
