This is our second experience with Called to Repair. They are fantastic in every way. This company is so well run. They are timely with appointments and exemplary communicating with customers. Mike is really terriffic. We will always ask for him for service! I wish every company providing repairs had this degree of skill and integity. I wish we could give more than five stars! If you want the BEST, call this company.

Very kind and informative on first visit but on second visit not sure what happened but not as informative. Hoping when I get home my stove is finally working.

06/09/26 Mike Stidham checked out my washing machine and quickly diagnosed the problem. Apparently I needed a new part. He said he would put in a order request and they would be back next week. 06/13/2026 Tim Briggs came to install the new part. He has a professional but friendly manner. He was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.to anyone who needs repairs.

Tim the technician was very knowledgeable and respectful he came in and got the job done very quickly it was a very good experience with this company

Note that the diagnostic fee of $119 plus tax is paid before you ever meet them. They require it to be paid over the phone before they will even schedule you. I’ve never encountered a company that requires full payment before they even get to your home.

Tim did a great job. He dressed professionally, cleaned up after himself and was very nice. He explained what he was doing along the way and told us what the problem was. If we have other appliance needs we look forward to working with this company again.

Tim one of the Owners, come out and repaired our Dryer with ease. He was very professional and clean. He gave us a good education on what the problem was and how these thing happen. I highly recommend this company for you appliance needs. We will call them again for our other appliances in the home.
