repaired burned up wire to thermal fuse on Microwave. testing unit and everything tested out okay. job complete

Recall- customer called back and said washer was still making noise. during inspection I found the gears making perfect contact however the customer had a penny from their laundry pockets get caught in between main wash basket and wash plate. after removing the pocket change I tested the unit and found the flood pan underneath rubbing on the washers pulley system. the pan was warped upward. the flood pan seems to be the main culprit that caused the restriction on the pulley system causing the actuator motor to burn out from too much fiction. removed pan and tested the unit a second time and everything tested out okay. Job complete ,I diagnosed the Whirlpool washer, which was reported to have a gear skipping sound and issues with advancing through cycles and spinning. A diagnostic service was performed for 1 hour, followed by an additional hour of basic labor. The following parts were used: WPL W10721967 and WPL W10913953. The work was completed as noted in the job log.

customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain at all. I found drain line to be completely clogged. removed the clog and testing unit and the unit drained just fine. job complete
