replace switch and tested unit for 350° and everything tested out okay. job complete, customers complaint is that the dryer was throwing a ventilation error code and the oven would beep a bunch during preheat and shut down. during my diagnosis I found a customer's dryer vent having obstruction which I removed, the selector switch on the oven or temperature on the left side was having a miscommunication between the main control board and the switch. most of the parts on this unit are no longer available. warranty has decided to replace the switch first before moving forward with other possible control issues.

customers complaint is that the washer would not spin at all. checked underneath the washer where the belt drive was and found the belt drive torn up. replaced belt drive and tested washer and everything tested out okay. Job complete
