Service performed on washer-dryer unit due to reported issues of the washer not spinning and the dryer overheating. Two diagnostics were completed, along with basic labor for each issue. Parts used include GEH WE03X37318, WPL W10913953, and WPL W11239857. Replaced belt drive and actuator motor on washer and replaced bearing drum glides on dryer. tested both units and everything tested out okay. job complete

During diagnostics, I found that the heating element has shorted out. I installed a new heating element and tested the unit. No further issues found. Job completed.

customers complaint is at the dryer was shutting off too early. I cleaned the customer's dryer moisture sensor bars and advise customer to call dryer vent wizard to replace and clean the dryer vent. Job complete

Customer complaint is that the microwave would run but not heat. magnetron has shorted out. cost of repair is not economical. recommended replacement to customers warranty company. they should hear back within one to three business days on replacement options. Job complete
