customer stated that the unit started working yesterday. I was unable to duplicate the issue. customers complaint is that dishwasher wasn't draining appropriately. channel ball valve was worn and not sealing properly and that there was a leak at the tub as well along with a seal that was worn. dishwasher is over 20 years old and due to be replaced due to the issues and age. dishwasher going into replacement options. During diagnostics, I found the heating element has shorted out. customers complaint is that the dryer would not heat at all. derma diagnosis I found the heating element shorted out. replaced heating element and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Replaced heater coil and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete customers complaint is that the dishwasher was not draining well and the dispenser was not opening along with the washing machine was not draining either. during my diagnosis I found the customer's drain pump motor on the washer was shorted out and I tested all the complaints and features of the dishwasher and could not duplicate any issues of any kind. test it all units on a short cycle and everything tested out okay.
