customers complaint is that the range would not heat appropriately. tested the unit and found temperature hovering around 170 F at a pre-setting of 350 F customers resistant reading is not being registered through the control board. also customer mentioned that the right burner is not regulating appropriately either. customer would need a new burner regulator switch. at customer's request submitting Cash out options on repair through their home warranty.
