I installed new PCB and tested the unit. I found no further issues. During testing, I found that the unit would not power up. I checked and had voltage coming into the motherboard. However, when visually checking the board, I found a spot on it that has shorted out. I attached a picture of the area. Customer wants to think on the repair.

during diagnostics, I put the unit into service mode and found three different codes. I did find that the Freezer fan was not working and the drain was clogged as well. Also, the condenser was completely clogged with dust. It was very hot to the touch. the 600 code for the compressor had 81 faults. I told the customer I could fix the fan issue, but I did not know how long the compressor would last due to the faults. the unit itself is 13 years old. customer decided to buy another unit. job completed.
